  3. SCHEDULING

    * Sessions are typically 50-55 minutes.

    – Please be in a safe, quiet, distraction-free space.

    * As my schedule can fill up weeks in advance, I encourage you to schedule multiple sessions in advance, per the terms of your coaching package.
