Your videos are so uplifting! They make so much sense. Amazing insight. Hope to meet you in person someday.
Bryan, thank you sincerely for sharing your perspective; it’s just what I needed to remember myself at a time when my partnership is falling apart. Bless you and the work that you do.
I chose love over fear when I left an abusive relationship of two years that I honestly should have left a year prior.
I think you hit the nail on the head. Taking a deep breath before you start, puts us in touch with our heart instead of our intellect. Expansion versus contraction equals love versus fear. Even the Universe is expanding, our contractions do not slow it down. I think/believe/feel (all levels of my being) that all fear is the feeling of being left behind because we are (left behind) when we contract in an expanding Universe. But, we can quantum leap and catch up in an instant with perception and acceptance which equals knowledge or knowing. We will know the truth (perception) and when we understand the truth (acceptance) then the truth will set us free. Then we have to ask, “what is freedom?” We don’t know what it is until we have it. We know what it is not…slavery…what are we slaves to? Fear, bondage, loneliness, lack and so forth so freedom would be the absence of those things. What makes those things disappear? Love, so here we are back at the beginning. Love and Freedom are the scales on the balance and only when they carry equal weight (for self and others) are they aligned into balance. So I look forward to your teachings on freedom, because only a free soul will Love, right. 🙂
For me, this brings up the difference between a sympathetic system response vs parasympathetic system response. Where the sympathetic nervous system represents Fear\Ego (or “fight or flight”) and parasympathetic represents Love. You mention that Love is letting things just be whereas Ego/fear is logical and “guard, protect, get what you need to survive” and find “happiness”. But that’s the lie because real happiness lies in the “rest and recover” or parasympathetic response, which allows our Love to flow out into the world uninhibited.
I hope this makes some sense but it’s an idea I’ve been exploring lately connecting something biological with this dichotomy of Love and Fear/ego.
Thanks so much for you videos and ideas, they are some of the most enlightening I’ve ever read!!
